Cancellation and return policy

 

Our primary goal in the agent is to ensure that our customers are satisfied with the products and services provided through our online store, and to know the company's policy in cases of exchange, return or cancellation, please read the information below.

 

Order Cancellation Policy:

 

We fully appreciate that it sometimes happens that you change your mind about the products you have purchased. If this happens before you receive the order, please contact our customer service team on .................... to cancel the order , We will make all reasonable efforts to cancel it provided that it has not been implemented yet.

If the request has already been executed, the cancellation will be treated as a return. Please see the returns section below for more information.

 

Refund / Return Policy:

 

We want our customers to be completely happy when making the purchase from our online store, and in any other cases, our customers inside the Republic of Yemen can return the product within 3 days of receiving the products with your comments and comments added.

You have 3 days from the date you received any merchandise to submit a return request while keeping the product in the same condition that it was purchased without opening or cutting the outer or inner packaging or content bulletin in addition to the purchase invoice or delivery receipt and order number.

 

The following products are not eligible for exchange or return:

 

  • Products sold with discounts.

  • Products replaced before.

 

 

Please contact customer service within 24 hours in case you receive a damaged / incomplete item during the shipping process. In this case, all products will be returned, along with the free gifts attached. If not all products are returned, the return will be rejected.

We will check the item to be returned if it turns out that there are no damages caused by misuse, then the value of the item will be refunded in the appropriate way for you. The response will be made within a maximum period of 2-4 days after receiving the returned product by the competent team. If it appears during the examination that the product to be returned is free of the reason mentioned in your order, the value will not be refunded and the product will be returned to you.

If the item is damaged, does not work properly, or does not even match the description of the website, the price of the item will be refunded in addition to the shipping cost that you paid upon purchase. aAnd to ensure quality in the event that the item is discovered to be counterfeit, you will be refunded the price of the item in addition to the shipping cost.

 

 

 

 

 

Notice: You can use the online return request within 3 days after receipt, and you can return one or more products after 3 days and before the expiry of the 3 days after receipt by contacting customer service or e-mail.

 

 

How do you send the product to the dealer's store?

 

We will arrange an appointment to receive the returned product within 10 days of placing the order. It will try to receive it from you twice on different days. If we are unable to receive the item within the specified dates, we will cancel the return request.

 

How can I track the status of my return?
